Veri sorumlusu

Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca dremreuzun.com internet sitesinin ziyaretçilerini bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Veri sorumlusu, sitenin sahibi Op. Dr. Emre Uzun'dur (e-posta: emreuzun@dremreuzun.com).

Form yoluyla veri toplanmaz

Bu sitede üyelik, iletişim formu, randevu formu veya test sonuçlarını kaydeden herhangi bir alan yoktur. Testler (IPSS, IIEF-5, U-skor) yalnızca sizin tarayıcınızda hesaplanır; cevaplarınız hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez ve saklanmaz. Sitede reklam veya ziyaretçi takip (analitik) çerezi kullanılmaz.

Cihazınızda tutulan bilgiler

Dil tercihiniz (TR/EN) ve Kegel sayacındaki günlük set sayınız, yalnızca kendi tarayıcınızın yerel depolama alanında (localStorage) tutulur. Bu bilgiler bize iletilmez; tarayıcı geçmişinizi temizleyerek istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

Otomatik olarak işlenen teknik veriler

Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde, sitenin barındırıldığı sunucu; IP adresiniz, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, ziyaret tarih ve saati gibi teknik kayıtları güvenlik ve hizmetin sunulması amacıyla otomatik olarak tutabilir. Bu veriler, KVKK m. 5/2-f uyarınca veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati kapsamında işlenir ve başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler ve yurt dışına aktarım

Sitenin yazı tipleri Google Fonts üzerinden yüklenir. Hastane konum haritası ise yalnızca siz "Haritayı göster" seçeneğine tıkladığınızda Google Haritalar üzerinden yüklenir. Bu hizmetler yüklenirken IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz Google'a (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) iletilir ve yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir. Instagram, WhatsApp veya Google Haritalar bağlantılarına tıkladığınızda ilgili platformun kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

WhatsApp ve e-posta ile iletişim

WhatsApp veya e-posta yoluyla kendi isteğinizle mesaj gönderdiğinizde, paylaştığınız ad, telefon numarası ve mesaj içeriği yalnızca size dönüş yapmak amacıyla işlenir; bu iletişim, kullandığınız platformun (WhatsApp / Meta, e-posta hizmet sağlayıcısı) altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleşir. Lütfen mesajlarınızda gerekli olmayan sağlık bilgilerinizi, tahlil veya görüntüleme sonuçlarınızı paylaşmayın. Tanı ve tedavi için hastanede muayene gereklidir; bu kanallar muayene yerine geçmez.

Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, KVKK'da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi emreuzun@dremreuzun.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

Data controller

No data is collected through forms

There is no registration, contact form, appointment form or any field that stores test results. The self-tests (IPSS, IIEF-5, U-score) are calculated only in your browser; your answers are never sent to or stored on a server. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Information kept on your device

Your language choice (TR/EN) and your daily Kegel set count are kept only in your own browser's local storage. They are never sent to us, and you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data.

Technical data processed automatically

When you visit, the hosting server may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information and the time of the visit, for security and to deliver the service. This is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and is not used for any other purpose.

Third-party services and transfers abroad

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The hospital map loads from Google Maps only when you click "Show map". When these load, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) and may be processed on servers outside Turkey. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp or Google Maps are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.

Contact via WhatsApp and email

If you choose to message via WhatsApp or email, the name, phone number and message you share are used only to reply to you, and the exchange runs on that platform's infrastructure (WhatsApp / Meta, your email provider). Please do not share unnecessary health information, test or imaging results in messages. Diagnosis and treatment require an in-person examination; these channels do not replace it.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and any third parties it was transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction under the conditions set by law, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to emreuzun@dremreuzun.com; they are answered within 30 days.
